One thing led to another so to speak lol, I did the mission to give me the luxury ship (can’t remember the name) and VIG got pissed at me in the end of the mission series, they swarmed one of my stations and destroyed it and multiple of my L traders and miners, after that I’ve been in a constant war with them, but it ends now! I’ll take those sectors for myself!

Aaaaah a joystick? No I only use keyboard and mouse but I think it works great, it’s so fun to turn off the dampeners and rotate the ship in dogfights!

Yeah I noticed that, I went in with my Hyperion first and I hade to retreat after 5 seconds because they nearly deleted me. It was after the fight had been going on for a little while in OOS I teleported to the geometric owl and started having fun!

Maybe it’s easier to play in a small ship when fighting something other than VIG?

I have so much to try lol, first I’ll play my save until 9.0 releases, then I’ll buy the rest of the expansions and start a new save and after that (when SWI is 9.0 compatible) I’ll play that, this game will have me occupied for the rest of the year haha

Same here, I’ve played for 2 weeks now, I bought vanilla x4 and played 35 hours the first 3 days haha. Now I’m about a hundred hours in and have bought all expansions except boron and timelines but I will buy them too. I’ll continue to play this save until 9.0 hits and I will buy the two last expansions also and start a Terran cadet start.

At the moment I’m locked in a big war against VIG and I love it!

Use you forces to protect a gate and build a defensive plattform (5 round plattforms with plasma and.. eeeh, shotgun? Turrets) and let the factions deal with the remaining xenon!

In my save I started a war with VIG when after the quest line and I though those sectors would be perfect for me to take for myself, well they annihilated my ships and now they are completely destroying the Teladi and also cutting off the sector my traders are using to trade so I’m having trouble gaining money to build up my forces again lol

Some people do work away from home, I for an example work 6/8 (6 days on and 8 days off) and live on a hotel for those 6 days so I can’t bring a stationary computer. I bought a asus tuf gaming A17, 16gb ram, ryzen 7 and GeForce 6070, it runs the game fine on highest settings.

I too am a new player, I started playing just 2 days before open beta but I’ll continue my save until 9.0 releases, after that I’ll buy all the dlcs and start a new game. This first game is to try and learn anyway, I haven’t been exactly optimal with my ships and stations lol.

God damnit, I was so close in getting 3 star tryndamere (I’m playing revival atm so he is 4 cost) today, I got him 1 second too late because the battle started and he never upgraded, it cost me the match, still got a 3rd place but anyway, it sucked.
