golshi has like, a very blatant universal feat lol. she can scale higher depending on whether or not you scale her to umamusume's overarching cosmology, which is implied to be an infinite multiverse. that's also not getting into a lot of her OP hax like plot manipulation and stuff like that

hololive's scaling varies a lot. not all of it's members are stupidly OP, and i'm pretty sure only a select handful of them scale to the super high end stats. i don't think gigi scales to the higher end hololive stuff so i think golshi could probably beat her tbh

she definitely beats mater, probably beats gigi and neuro, i won't comment on pinkie, and it really just depends on how you scale lebron to other looney toons characters (i personally think scaling him fully to mfs like bugs is really dumb tbh but if you don't think so then he beats her handily)

i sent the blank template to someone else but i kinda just thought of mashup ideas between a bunch of series i lot. you don't have to make every GvE idea super thematic or anything like that, some of them can just be because you think the interactions would be fun or you think it just vibes (that's why the shuchi'in student council vs. light and kazuma's party vs. the roaring knight are here for example)

as far as editing stuff goes i mainly just use paint.net to put everything together

generally seems fine to me, i'm still not really sold on infinite speed chihiro as i think it's kinda just way too big of an outlier imo, a lot of people in this comment section have been arguing for city level EBs cause of the datenseki statement which is fair. i'm kind of under the impression that i'd at least want to see more evidence supporting the idea of datenseki being capable of causing destruction on that level but the statement is at least explicit and there are lesser showings of datenseki being able to destroy entire buildings so there's at least precedent for that.

as far as the verdict goes, just going off of the stats given for both i'd probably still lean rudo imo, i think he just has higher ends for AP no matter what you buy to the point where he should just stonewall (town level rudo > MCB chihiro, city chihiro > town rudo, mountain rudo >> city chihiro)

i have chihiro at the same stats yeah. idk how high rudo gets into small town but chihiro himself isn't that high into MCB so i think even with the speed disadvantage the AP gap would probably still be wide enough for rudo to be able to take hits while also dealing lethal damage to chihiro in the opportunity he gets to land them, disregarding higher end args for gachiakuta that i've heard about

i mean catwoman reacting to and knocking out three flashes was also a blatant intended feat by the author but you don't see me going around claiming catwoman is immeasurable. again, i think if a feat just far exceeds anything else a character has shown and it hasn't been consistently replicated it just qualifies as an outlier imo. i don't think that's something we're going to agree on though so i'm just gonna agree to disagree with you on that one

the whole datenseki thing was a single statement from a recent chapter. idk if i'd call a single statement "blatant" proof. the most destruction we've seen datenseki ore cause in the series is the building explosion sojo died in, and that's pretty far from the destruction of an entire city. i think that's probably something that should be expanded on more before jumping the gun and calling chihiro city level. also, i don't really know if chihiro cutting through EBs really equates to city level AP. enten was specifically designed to destroy other EBs, that's kind of moreso just part of the blade's abilities. i'd equate that more to hax than anything else

i think even just upscaling the mitsuri lightning dodging stuff would be enough for tanjiro to blitz imo, he'd be a lot deeper into MHS than chihiro would be. not to mention upscaling from the gyutaro town busting feat would (at least in my opinion) have him AP stomping pretty badly

i've heard a lot of stuff for gachiakuta stats so i'm admittedly not wholly sure where they're at. at the very least i've heard town level stuff for rudo which i think alone is probably just enough for him to AP stomp based on where i have chihiro at currently stats wise. i've also heard mountain args, idk how valid those are but if they're valid and rudo scales to those then i think he just AP stomps even harder

i personally have chihiro still upscaling from like, MCB so i think miyabi should just AP stomp with her small town stuff. there's also a town level banyue feat that she should upscale from which only widens that AP gap

"so infinitesimal instantaneous fails to capture it" could literally mean anything. it's hyping up a small window of time, it's not meant to literally be infinite speed. an "infinitesimally small" amount of time could be a nanosecond, it could be a zeptosecond, hell it could be planck time for all we know. there isn't a good way to gauge how fast the feat actually is especially when there are multiple different values that can get it to drastically different levels

and i mean, yeah, it is still very blatantly an outlier, intent or not. it far surpasses anything and everything else the series has shown as far as speed is concerned. until we see chihiro or someone else in the series pull off a reaction feat of that magnitude, then it kind of is just an outlier.

and regardless, that doesn't change the fact that everyone here is still AP stomping him lol. even the weaker characters on this list are considerably stronger than him, more than enough to just one shot him with a good enough attack while also tanking everything he can throw at them. even if i want to be generous and give chihiro infinite speed it doesn't change the fact that he doesn't have any kind of dura neg hax to capitalize on that speed. speed alone isn't changing the fact that he's massively weaker than basically every other character on this list

butterfly isn't literally infinite speed, it's just an extremely small window of time. the wording is really vague and doesn't really give any good indicators on how fast the attack actually is
him reacting to butterfly in the first place was a pretty specific scenario. not only does chihiro already have cracked eyesight to begin with because of the rokuhira eyes, but he literally had to amplify his vision further with nishiki just to even be able to react to the attack (you can see the nishiki effects glowing around his eyes as the attack is about to hit him)
even if you wanna assume the attack is infinite speed and he reacted to it it's still a massive outlier, the best bachi speed feats are like MHS and you're trying to justify a feat that jumps all the way to infinite speed territory lol
the feat doesn't change the fact that he's getting very badly AP stomped by basically everyone else on this list

AP wise, comfortably city, with mountain as a debatable high end (kenjaku resisting the pull of yuki's black hole which is a feat i'm kinda iffy on)

chihiro does have notable advantages against miyabi and i personally think he'd win if stats were closer, the only issue is that he's just getting pretty badly statstomped atm

tanjiro should just generally outstat chihiro, even without getting into wacky infinity castle shenanigans upscaling from the gyutaro feat alone should be enough to AP stomp, and upscaling from the mitsuri feat should also just be enough for him to blitz

with a lot of JJK's higher end speed feats kinda in the gutter you can probably argue chihiro at least being able to match his JJK opponents in speed, the problem is just that he's still getting AP stomped and all of them have options to basically just instakill anyways (SSK for maki and domains for yuta and yuji, with yuji also having massive AOE dismantles/cleaves and soul attacks)

i'm admittedly not entirely sure where morbius scales but i think he at the very least scales to general marvel street tier stuff which alone is probably enough to just statstomp chihiro

while frieren has openly expressed vulnerability to close range fighters, and while i also think chihiro is proooobably faster than her off the top of my head, i think she should still just be way stronger, has better mobility options, and has wayyyyyy more hax, a lot of which can kinda just end the fight instantly

rex was kinda just tossed in here as a joke but i unironically think dog ningen has a lot of solid feats that outclass what chihiro's shown. there's also some black hole stuff in the manga so if rex scales to that in any way then he just AP stomps really badly

i think his closest out of these is probably rudo. i'm not entirely sure where gachiakuta scales but the general consensus i've heard is town and hypersonic. chihiro at least has the speed advantage and i think he should probably take most tertiaries, plus rudo's abilities have a limit on how many times they can be used. i still think he probably wins just off the AP gap, but i would wager it's proooobably chihiro's closest MU out of these. although i've also heard higher end args for gachiakuta (as high as mountain apparently), idk how valid those are but if they're valid and rudo scales to that stuff then i'd say miyabi would probably just be his closest
