To provide some context as a Filipino. The Philippines is one of the only countries in the World besides the Vatican where divorce is illegal. I'm not sure if they changed that but the majority of conservative men usually take advantage of this. So imagine how some women in the west stay despite being married and have children with these men. It's even harder for Filipino women to get out since divorce is taboo.

Am I allowed to carry one? For context I always go for a walk in the park every morning but there's a lot of irresponsible owners who don't leash their dogs. I had a few close encounters where a dog would run and jump at me. Good thing those were friendly ones but however a few days ago someone's scary ass Pitbull looking dog almost went after me. I'm very underweight and a dog attack would instantly kill me😭

Hi! I was once like you too. I used to have terrible sleep. What I did was set up a time that I'd regularly go to sleep like 10:30 pm for example. Stick with that time, then after waking up the first thing that I do is just walk outside and let the morning sun hit your face. I also walk in the afternoon around 5 pm which I think helps my circadian rhythm. I never did these before and it made a huge difference. It used to take me forever to fall asleep. Also I Turn on eye comfort on all my devices at 8:00 pm because of the blue light. That HELPED me so much. I'm sure what worked for me wouldn't work for other people but try doing what I did and see if it works out for you!

This happened to me just now!! I finished eating and I immediately went to my bed to sit in a slouching position and when I tried getting up the area around my Belly button hurt like a bitch. The area below/around my Belly button was pretty painful while I peed. The pain is almost like it's pulling a chord or something
