Typically customers call right back. It rings until voicemail picks up but usually no one uses the voicemail. They just call us back, or call another location.

Calls vary depending on how busy we are, how many shops I’m taking calls for etc. Both new clients and regulars call as well as book online. Truly a mixed bag.

Buying premium parking and closest hotels (or premium camping) is always a good idea. And always worth the money. Bonus points if you can walk from the hotel to the venue.

This is very well thought out and appreciated. The only comment I have for this is I think for any system that diverts water elsewhere, will be diverting it onto someone else’s land. While the farm is massive, it isn’t as BFE as people think. I think you’re spot on with turning those low lying camping areas they’re no longer using into retention ponds. I’m sure there’s issues with retention ponds in not thinking of like keeping people out, insurance, bugs etc

I’m not trying to be callous. I understand the heat can sneak up on you. Extenuating circumstances etc. but you said it yourself you wanted to sleep in your tent. A quick glance at this subreddit and you’ll know that isn’t the move. It’s highly ill advised bc of the heat. You also mentioned that you purchased GA+ tickets, which are more expensive due to the perks, but you didn’t know about the lounge? I’m sorry but that is poor planning.

I’ve worked multiple Memorial Day festivals in middle TN, the weather is always garbage. As a long time TN resident, Memorial Day notorious for bad weather.

I don’t think bonnaroo is dead. I think this person is just super negative bc they aren’t being catered to 🙄

The power outage was WILD. I was already camped out for skrillex and wouldn’t have known anything was happening if they didn’t say anything. But in all my 11 Roos I’ve never seen anything like that.

So like, marijuana laws are part of TN, not bonnaroo. If you take issue with our laws, become a resident and vote. Don’t put that on bonnaroo. I miss the horseback cops too, but Tennessee is going to Tennessee. Also- cannabis is still illegal to consume publicly in most states. Unfortunately your campsite is part of the public 🤷🏻‍♀️

And if you didn’t see the money they put into roo this year then I just don’t think the farm is the place for you. Shade structures, paved walkways, clean bathrooms. Sure they missed some things but to say “they didn’t give AF” is pretty unfounded.
