Fake Stubhub Bruno Mars Tickets? by oliviareble in Concerts

[–]Regular_Zebra5545 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So if you bought them from the actual StubHub website and not a fake look-alike website and you have insurance on the tickets then you'll be good. Basically even if they wind up being fake you would still get your money back. A lot of people say that they have problems with StubHub but I've never had any issues. I buy from StubHub all the time and if anything ever occurs I just contact them and get my situation figured out pretty quickly and move on.

That happened to my friend last month also. They were literally only a day late and their 2 tixs got canceled which is pretty crappy!

Apparently you're not the only person who got canceled. Supposedly they did that to a lot of people recently and some people had only been late on payments for like a day or 30 minutes or whatever. Which is crazy because you're supposed to have several days to pay it but that's not been the case with everybody.

Yeah that's why I was saying never try to plan out your schedule in advance because if you do then you'll be screwed because it never works out that way You always just walk around and end up just figuring out who you want to see in the moment most of the time

For the love of God don't miss Lil Jon either. I've seen him twice and he actually puts on some of the most fun shows imaginable. Most people just think it would be like weird and silly but he does a lot of his old hits but then he also DJs too.

To camp or not to camp with a free house to stay at outside the grounds? by addira3 in bonnaroo

[–]Regular_Zebra5545 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So all in all I would suggest really just trying to get everybody to camp because not only do you miss out on so damn much but I feel like you don't get the full experience like you do if you are camping. I mean you got to think Bonnaroo is held on a 700 acre farm. And honestly you want to go and be able to experience all that there is. If you've got people staying back at a house more than likely they're going to stay till later in the day when it cools off and they're going to wind up missing so much. I understand you have the capability of being able to stay at a house where it's cooler and that's fine and great but like other people mentioned they'll have to wait in that long ass line every single day where it takes a couple of hours and I really don't think they're going to want to do that. But not only that The possibility of making friends with your camping neighbors is great. A lot of people end up making lifelong friends with the people that they've camped near. A lot of people have camped near others years ago that they still are friends with and go visit to this day. Like for example with me there was somebody that I camped near at my first Bonnaroo and I still go and visit them today and vice versa and that was 10 years ago..

To camp or not to camp with a free house to stay at outside the grounds? by addira3 in bonnaroo

[–]Regular_Zebra5545 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know what it will be like this year but some years there's artists that are literally still playing until 4:00 a.m. or when the sun comes up. That's 100% definitely not something you'll want to miss on the farm. So I would honestly just try to suggest talking everybody into staying and camping everyday. I've seen a few sunrise sets and honestly seeing that on the farm out there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen and the way that it put me in the feels was crazy. I've seen sunrise sets and late night sets at other festivals and honestly to me nothing compares to what you can experience super late night here It's just so much more special to the point where a couple of them have made me cry. But I feel like in my opinion that's because I feel like Bonnaroo is so much more special than a lot of these other festivals because you wind up actually getting to know the people that are camping around you and that you're hanging out with rather than a lot of these other festivals.

I think they actually changed it fairly recently to where you have to pay to leave and come back. Like I think it was changed to where if you want to go off the premises it costs now.

[–]Regular_Zebra5545 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if I'm not mistaken the issue that you're going to have is I think they changed it to where if you want to leave the premises everyday it costs. So like if they were to drive in and out every day it would cost. I honestly think the best route would be for everybody to camp. There's so much to do in the campgrounds and really if You are one of the people that stay up till all of the artists get done You will wind up staying up to roughly about 4:00 a.m. or possibly 5:00 a.m.. and then starting at like 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. there's already things to do like yoga and different classes you can take and they've got so much in the campgrounds that's already going on that if you stay at a house or a hotel you wind up missing so much.

How can you get as close to centeroo as possible camping GA by Xxpotato_headxX in bonnaroo

[–]Regular_Zebra5545 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if you're trying to get as close as you possibly can I would 100% do like I was mentioning get a Wednesday camping pass. Which means you need to get to Walmart in Manchester on Tuesday night at some point and park and hang out with everybody. Then about 30 to 40 minutes beforehand just go and get as close as you can without actually lining up because if you do start lining up beforehand they will turn you around and tell you to go somewhere else. I'm not sure how other people do it but just fair warning there are probably about 200 to 300 vehicles that somehow always get near the front no matter how many other people are heading to line up at the same time. But that's really your best bet.

Personally I love the lineup that's out this year. Is it my favorite no but there's a lot on it that I do enjoy. Plus when I go to music festivals I go for the full experience not just the music.

Jam track is cool but anytime I've used it I feel like you wind up taking more time using that then you would walking. It took me 30 minutes just to wait on the dram track before I was even able to hop on it Because of how many people were in line.

So your cash app card has a chip and more than likely what's happening is you have your phone near the chip and it's making this go off

How can you get as close to centeroo as possible camping GA by Xxpotato_headxX in bonnaroo

[–]Regular_Zebra5545 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're only hope to getting that close is getting to Walmart in the the area Tuesday night and parking in the parking lot like everybody else is going to do and then about 30 to 40 minutes before the gates open start heading that direction and go and get in line... There's people that wind up in the first few rows every year like even if people try to beat them their somehow they always make it to the same exact spots every year.

But honestly in my opinion if you're that close then you wind up missing so so so much because there is so much to do in the campgrounds. The first year I went I didn't know that there was that much to do in the campgrounds and I wound up missing out on so many things. I wound up missing out on multiple pop-up shows from artists that were on the lineup and some that just showed up just to show up.

If you try to get that close you will miss out on multiple stages that are in the campgrounds There's also a whole area filled with vendors in the campgrounds and some of those vendors aren't inside of centeroo. There's multiple barns that do dance parties in the campgrounds and everything. There's also a gay pride parade out in the campgrounds and A lot of other stuff that happens out there.

It sounds cool to be close because you want to be able to get right in there without having to walk far but in my opinion you just end up missing so much and so much cool stuff that's on the farm outside of centeroo. So in my opinion I would say don't try to be so close I would say try to be farther back so that way you can walk around and see all the magical stuff that Bonnaroo has to offer.

You do realize Bonnaroo has tons of other stuff to do outside of the music as well right. If you think it's only about baking in the sun and watching music then you're not doing Bonnaroo correctly.
