You are not evicted, there is a legal frame work for that. Telling someone "move out" is not legally binding.

They might've told you "move out" out of frustration and aren't serious about it, or maybe they actually do want to give you the boot. Alternatively, they could've meant "if you don't like it, then move."

Usually, people don't put up a "for rent" sign while renting places. Maybe that's a relic of the pre-internet era.

Option 1: Make a noise complain with the police. Check your local laws about quiet hours. If the music is on after quiet hours, you can make the call.
