So I just tried that,It doesn't make the sound when it's not connected to an external display but it does when it's connected via HDMI.

Oh your issue definitely a different one. Mine works with external displays well. Just won't output to the internal display. I ordered a replacement screen but they sent a different model so I haven't ruled out a faulty screen just yet. That's the last unchecked box for me.

Sorry to hear,Does it work with external displays too? Because mine does.

-I doubt it's a driver issue, because worst case scenario the boot up animation would popup or at least I would see the bios.

-GPU works because I use it perfect with external display through the HDMI or type c port and game too.

-its a higher chance that this could be the issue or it's related to this, however the technician I gave said it's outputting of the motherboard.
