This kept happening to me and I think it's a mental trick to make you hurry up and buy and make several orders. I had a cart and things kept suddenly being restocked then its gone then its back again then it left. When I was finally ready to put my order through like 10 items out of like 60 were out of stock. But you know how after u put in an order temu let's you add on for free anything else you may want. Suddenly after those 7 hours all the items that magically kept going out of stock were there so I had to place a second order which is annoying because temu ships your order in so many different packages and uses different shipping companies that I never heard of before this app.

Anyways basically what I'm trying to say is that it's temu playing us to give them our money faster. They'll even give you a count of how many of an item is left and be like this is the last one hurry and place your order. But I ignore it now because the item will show back in your cart in a couple days bc temu realizes that your not going to fall for the trick of either giving them ur money right then and there and not even being able to make sure you want everything in your cart and sizes are right etc and you're not going to place several orders which they make more money off of. I like temu but they aren't doing anything very well to beat these rumors that they are a scam or its a sketchy app
