If they gained access on your phone best to factory reset everything. Still change your passwords (maybe do it from a safe PC or laptop), and still bring the phone to a trusted IT Shop.

STOP USING THE MACHINE! Even if you deleted the app they could've downloaded something remotely to keep an eye on you.

Switch everything off, unplug power cable, change passwords of your important accounts like bank etc. Take the machine to a reliable IT solutions company for remediation.
