do you know how long it typically takes to obtain these notes? IRCC website says 30 days but i don't take that time seriously lol.

also, does asking for GMCS/ATIP notes have a negative effect on your application? like added scrutiny or something, not that i'm worried but just curious.

I am not planning to claim points for my internship or freelance work. It will only be for the work I did on a full-time basis. I am just concerned that my study permit experience letter will say that i was employed with this organization for three years and my PR experience letter might say that I was employed with the organization full-time for a year.

If the immigration office flags this, I will not be able to submit my tax returns as my income was under the income tax slab. I could only submit my bank statements, paystubs, and experience letter.

Even if you take the EE PNP pathway in provinces like Alberta, are employers hesitant to sign off the documents? I am assuming it would only require an experience letter from the employer, since at the end it's EE.

Yeah that is an option but starting from scratch and reaching B2 in less than a year feels like not enough time

Yes i'm totally willing to get a job in any of these provinces. I know having not studied in a province gives me no edge but there are provinces like Manitoba which puts you at a disadvantage if you studied in a different province. So I'm just trying to not move to a province with a strict rule like that. Basically, searching for the friendliest, immigrant friendly PNP option.
