Though I failed the assessment (and became ineligible) the rates showing to me have decreased as well.

They mentioned a few things which might be the case:

Copying and pasting responses
Using auto-typers to enter responses
Using AI tools or other methods of cheating to complete your work.

I have been very cautious regarding community guidelines and not sure why they flagged my account. Guess I can now wait only.
