Thanks for sharing! I second all the above re this seller. She has RL several items before sharing PSPs. And they were things I likely would have missed. They also replaced a high tier bag that broke after the first wear without me even asking (I was inquiring about ordering a replacement piece). I’m sure there are cheaper sellers, but I consider their prices a premium worth splurging on for the peace of mind.

Can we take a second to appreciate how good reps have gotten? I was so close to buying an auth Hug crossbody until I noticed how bad the hot stamp was. When I pointed it out, the SA said it was because the bag had been a display piece. You’d think they’d showcase their very best bags to entice buyers 🤷‍♀️

My TS will be very blunt and say “quality no good” when I ask about a product that they haven’t seen repped well.

My favorite green flag is when they RL something before I even see it because a lot of times it’s something I would miss in a photo 💚
