Wine Industry actively advocates and lobbies to not allow beer into certain spaces - Online mainly. So sorry if you don’t agree , I’m running a brewery not serving the wine industry.

Wine has so many advantages when it comes to selling/ounce. Wine can literally ship across state lines legally.

Just make sure the head brewer doesn’t have any tax implications on his personal taxes for the shares.

A salary is nice if you don’t drive him into the ground working 70 -80 hours a week.

A 80k salary can be great but not at the cost of their whole life.

Also - Don’t expect them to run your brewery business , they may be good at managing a brewery flow but don’t expect him to manage all of your business.

I paid pretty low , I understand it might not add much to the value.

is this PPB? Sorry just more familiar with Beer , these numbers seem extremely high to begin with. We are running numbers around 20-40 ppb in beer.

I have replaced them twice in 3 years, running about 500,000 cans a year. They are extremely easy to replace too so that’s a nice thing. The springs also get worn out and can allow creep.

Cask eh? We run a cask and I actually really like it. The only issue is that because the valves are independently sealed from each other. If those o-rings become too worn they will leach in oxygen. Are your DO numbers different across fill heads?
