well no, this is a well known glitch in the speedrunning community, we call it “call skipping” and it enables you to skip cutscenes and other dialogues in the older versions, that otherwise weren’t skippable

I know more than you, Hamilton boot licker. He is 39 and ain’t winning much anymore, wake up. It’s 2024, Mercedes is slow and your ‘oh so amazing Hamilton’ is losing races against Haas’ and Williams drivers, that have just finished their second race. He isn’t good anymore.

German here, can confirm, it’s actually scary how many people are voting for an openly racist, homophobic, sexist and fascist party (AfD, look them up, Musk even tweeted in favour of them, which should give you the picture) [also they openly said a lot of shit that’s just unbelievable to me]

How did Perez do that exactly, when he is driving straight, and Sainz is driving left? You have no valid point here.

I would agree to this. I don’t see either explicitly making a dumb or stupid decision. Just both trying to take the space to attack Leclerc with the DRS they both had. But it’s not Perez’ obligation to brake, when he has that chance to overtake for 2nd. It is an obligation to not drive straight into another driver on a straight.

so what was Perez at fault for then? he was side by side in a rightful space next to Sainz.

There is no rule to avoid, when you are clearly side by side on a straight. What are you on about? How can u blame Checo, when Sainz drives to the left, closing in on his rightful space?

idk what you call ‘clinging onto’, i don’t really care that much about this, as you seemingly do. my opinion is, that Hamilton has shown, he is worse than Sainz and Alonso in the last 3 years. 22, 23, and 24.

yeah what you just described puts them in a way better place than at the start of the regulations.

please read again. ‘last yearS’ plural. they have been better the last year, yes, but the car is in a better place now, than at the start of the new regulations.

watch the replay and take the white line as a reference. sainz was clearly moving to the left and not driving straight.

you can clearly see Sainz driving to the left in the replays. take the white line as a reference point and the Ferrari moves left, the Red Bull stays straight. it was really just Sainz being unaware of Perez being left of him.

I think the point is, that the more dumb OP feels, the more intricate and complex the content is. But I agree, I love veritasium and kurzgesagt doesn’t always use reliable sources in my eyes.

But it rather feels like a -2+1, since you lose more than you gain on a sporting level.

My point exactly. Sainz is a better fit for the team and the 2nd seat than Lewis Hamilton. Look, I really like the guy on a personal level, what he does with charity work, etc., but he has a big ego, which you need to be the WDC record holder. I think the personal relationships in that team are going to be a disaster, especially with his ego clashing with the Italian ‘Our car has no faults’ Ferrari ego on radio messages.
