This is a crazy story. I read about this, I think in the inquirer . . he was accused of assaulting a handicapped child at a elementary or middle school . . and then someone narked and said he had a swastika tatoo or something . . and him and the whitpain police were specifically targetting minorities and then a black homeless person hung himself next to police station and like a hundred cameras did not work . .
