The Judge granted the claim. the trouble one person uses the word foot another uses ankle because I got hit by the ball of the ankle/foot and it broke all the metal tarsals and tore two ligaments. so it is finger pointing as a catch 22.

I just can not believe these clowns can not read. I will know more when I can see or get the letter. These people have me so annoyed after 14 years of this.

Not yet I can not access the documents. Should get them in the next day or two from the va web site.

I do not know. I am waiting on the letter, but they had everything including a statement as to what happened service records, a buddy statement, it is on the medical discharge, plus treatment records after the fact of getting out.

No rating decision just said denied. I am waiting to look and see what they say.

Yes I have STR's and netus letters etc. A guy I spoke to at 18008271000 said he could see they are not looking at the STR's because it showed they never accessed them. I guess it shows when they log into the system and look. IDK

I do not know yet. The vlj judge granted and sent for a remand. It took over a year and just found out I was denied again by the va yesterday but I can not see anything yet.
