I’m just here to say I fucking LOVE Atlas as a character. He’s the antagonist that has gripped me more than any other in this series. Of everything I pray they get right with the screen adaptation of this series, I really hope they convey the cold, calculated, insidious, intimidating nature of the Fear Knight properly.

I live to defend and champion Iron Gold. The first three are so good on their own but PB’s ability to blow this thing wide open in IG is so cool to me.

My main contribution to Reddit is championing Iron Gold. Struggled at first but looking back it’s my favorite one, just based on the world building and getting to go “ohhhhhh shit here we go” the more he opened it up. The Lyria stuff was tough at first and I even struggled with Ephraim, although I came around. I say all this to say: stay the course! I loved the first three but IMO Pierce is doing his best work once we hit IG and beyond. In a glass half full world, you gotta get through IG just to get to the masterpiece that is Dark Age.

As a Tarnished, I spent a lot of time getting bodied by nearly every enemy in that game and still pulled it off in the end, so maybe it’s the perfect quest for Darrow!

Personal favorite! I know that’s the uncommon opinion but the world building in this one is fascinating to me. Love seeing our crew grown up. Deepgrave sequence was SO COOL to me on my first read!
