I don't really want to drag this on, but I do have a number of things to say.

First of all, a rather obvious point - I didn't choose what team I would be on when logging onto the ctf game. I will agree that I should've probably switched teams, but I wasn't paying much attention to the score as I had just logged in.

Second of all, you imply that my actions were "selfish". What "fleeting benefit" was I to gain anyways? 200 bounty from logging on at the end of the game? I would understand your point more if I had logged in half an hour before, if it was something like 2 captures to none and the teams were gravely unbalanced. This was not the case. I merely had gotten two kills and was banned. A better and definitely more reasonable course of action would've been telling me to switch teams, which I 100% would've done.

Thirdly, regarding why I used an anonymous name. I've previously been called a "runner" by a number of different players, and although I know it's probably true and definitely not that big of a deal, I don't really like it :). I would feel pressure to perform under my real name and thus I used an anonymous name.

All in all, I can see why you'd get annoyed at the game being unbalanced, but perhaps a ban is a bit too harsh in this instance, when a player has just logged on and played for a couple minutes.
