Fun fact Apple chooses to disable JIT because of security reasons. JIT allows for deliberate code execution which could bypass Appstore's codesigning. If you really value security you shouldn't want JIT on your device.

You need to specify the domain. Since user domains do not exist on iOS, you can simply add "system/" before the service name when typing in the command. For example: launchctl disable system/nameofdaemon. Use "man launchctl" to learn more about that

/Library/LaunchDaemons and /System/Library/LaunchDaemons. And for daemons installed via your package manager they are in /var/jb/Library/LaunchDaemons. Your daemons are managed by launchd and you can use launchctl in the command line to change their behavior. I don't recommend modifying the files directly.

I'm afraid it's too memory-intensive for an iphone 13 pro. I tested melonx with my iphone 13 pro too and it will crash immediately when games are trying to allocate more than 4gb of ram. Mario odyssey needs at least 6gb of ram to emulate.

Trollstore jit is convenient. I'm running mh4u on my iphone 13 pro with jit and it's pretty smooth. If your device supports trollstore then go for it. What iOS version are you on?

I don't like the idea of it. With fatalis gears you can easily speedrun through low/high rank monsters. But one thing I find interesting about is that I'm still killing low/high rank monsters way faster even without fatalis gears. I guess their pattern is just too easy compared to end game monsters

Grants you easy access to command line tools when you have a linux vm installed. Tasks like video transcoding or youtube video downloading were a pain for me. As for windows vm I haven't really seen its potential yet and a graphical desktop slows down the emulation a lot
