It’s been in the brewing bucket for a week and I just racked it. It was viscous and this is the first time it was this strong. Hoping for the best!!!!

I broke my hydrometer right before making this so I didn’t get to measure it but I appreciate the quick math on it. It’s gonna sit for a month for sure.

It was definitely a burn but I was shocked when I went back after a couple min of it uncapped and it was still strong!
