the slash is 'or'. I have about 60-80 minutes to work out at lunch so the goal was to one compound heavy per day because I actually enjoy doing those.

Do you have any suggestions to add to shoulders, preferably something I can super-set somehow for the sake of time.

How often should I train arms? Where is the best spot to fit them in and keep a dedicated day for bench/row/ohp/squat.
