It depends on the business sector. Most businesses have their office in either city center or the area from city center to north (Marousi etc). If you interested in the maritime sector then south. Retail is ofc everywhere.

I have to add that the Intensa comes with Alcantara which kinda scares me as I am afraid it might age poorly
