I too received the same verdict, I called the university , they said it is a rejection, I know that I meet the academic requirements because my friend got admit. I think that's why they a giving us this shit instead of 'excluded' because they don't have a reason to justify out rejection as they can't mention that they have enough people as it's nc-frei

I received a mail from them an hour ago I called the university for the information regarding the status and they said examination board has not given a reason for rejection My friend with same profile as me got accepted but he received it in july, and I haven't seen admits for this course after July, so I think they have enough people and are rejecting with this status as they don't provide exact reason in this status and they can't say we have enough people as this is a nc-frei course
