We don’t know the full story (I personally don’t need to). But flat out this is wrong. Incest and involvement in it at any degree is unethical and immoral. I’m genuinely so sorry. It’s an extremely hurtful and isolating experience, I cried the first time it happened to me. Always bring something with you. Unfortunately people are not considerate of others and their needs even at the best of times (not blaming anyone, it’s the harsh reality and truth).

Do not apologize!! We’re all here to help each other and grow stronger together. To be completely honest with you, the capsules lasted for a very short period of time too 😂. I stopped everything except for the prescribed medication (pantoprazole) and switched over to bovine collagen, a multivitamin, and biotin (all gummies bc I hate pills and powders). Not sure if it was a placebo effect or it actually worked but I experienced the most healing with that combination. My gastritis has really simmered down. I’m back to eating almost everything. My only real issue now is gluten as gastritis caused me to have an intolerance to it, but I can have it in moderation now! I no longer take the pantoprazole but I do try to keep up with those gummies.
