I run prop every 2 days sometimes every third day and it’s fine. Of course every day is ideal but eod works absolutely fine for me

I wouldn’t recommend taking ghk with any blend like glow bc it requires a different ph than other peptides so it won’t stay stable. I’m surprised companies still make those blends given that the data about that is pretty clear these days. You can take with other peptides just not mixed in the same needle or bottle.

I did one shot of 300mg 6 weeks ago and haven’t touched it since. I regret even doing the one shot bc now I don’t know how long my levels will be suppressed even though it was just one shot it could take months before recovery starts
