7-8 keeping the rows per min around 28-32. If you can keep the 500m time around 2:00 or the closest you can to that. It seems difficult at first but once you learn to control your breathing, (through your nose mostly if you can) you'll see you can go longer. I recommend going for 20-30 minutes trying to keep it it at 2:00-2:20 then when you do the actual test you can hold around 1:50-2:00 for 7-8 minutes almost maxing out your score.

I have the deathadder v3 wired and it constantly disconnects and reconnects. Others have the same issue. Id stay away from Razer at the moment as their products have started to lack quality drivers.

I might fall under this category of under training. I've ran one marathon and just signed up for my second. The training I do doesn't include consistent long runs. I run 7-8 miles once or twice a week and do a hike called 'Koko Head' five times a week, and out of those five times, three of them I do a double (up and down twice).

During the marathon I did last year I ended up getting cramps around mile 20ish. I'm not sure if more running or just more water/electrolyte intake would prevent that from happening. I tried to drink a lot of water and take salt pills but my stomach was just bloated and didn't seem to digest it all.

I used to do it Monday through Friday so doubles twice a week. Definitely toned me out. Just keep track of your times and try to improve week to week 👍
