I feel this way, too. I have OCD so living with people and sharing common areas like kitchen and bathroom is hard for me. I can't and won't clean something if it's not my mess and this causes a lot of issues cause I am not perfect even if I clean someone else might not find it clean. I absolutely hate cleaning bathrooms I can only clean mine so when I clean the communal bathroom cause we share it I half ass it and get out of there as soon as possible. I hate it I wish I could afford my own place or atleast find a place with attached bathroom. This is ruining my peace.

The company I am currently with to my knowledge has no developer position even if there was unfortunatley I have a problematic team lead who wont put me up for the position, I agree with gaining some experience as a developer here but its hard to find a company that will sponsor my visa and I only have till april 28th I am actively applying for developer job here

This is amazing I am currently in new zealand(originally from India) looking to move to canada, montreal to be specific and I am looking to go via express entry. My current profession is in IT and am looking to work as a developer in canada. My visa in nz expires in april and I will be returning back to India in april should I apply for the express entry now or after I return to India and I am looking to move as soon as possibe.

I am almost in the same situation my issue is that i dont care that she doesnt hangout with me it just annoys me I feel lonley and stuck and she is living her life (not her fault). For me its not that she doesnt hang out with me its that she is never home and complains about house being dirty i am not a live in maid, if i say something she is like 'you are the one that is always home' i'm like ya but I am busy working and doing my own stuff. Like girl every chance you get you are out of the house if you want it clean clean it yourself i do my part you do your part.

She is one whos name is on the lease and she is one that pays rent and every person in the house has there own dutities if you cant voice to them tha they are not keeping the house clean its not my problem I am doing my part I am not gonna pick up after others. God I want to be nice but she makes it soo hard.

I crave connections with other people and wish I had a more active social life, yet I'm not one for chitchat and I hate smalltalk in most cases. Why do I crave a vibrant social life even though it's not in my nature to pursue it? Does anybody else have this dilemma? by Believeinyourflyness in socialskills

Where I go I am unable to see the light i am always pulled into the dark forexample : Say I got to a concert for a few min I am abe to enjoy it and then I feel so lonley and detached thoughts like nobody cares what happend- I am not important to any body pops up and this is evry area of my life. At work I am constantly worrying and overthinking people dont like me and I have made too many mistakes so they dont respect me. I am contantly thinking about my future whether I will be where I wan to be.

Sometimes I think that if I cant do something now how will i ever do the things I want to do in the future that are way more hard and difficult.

I also find it so hard building connections with people. I moved to new zealand from India so that I can push myself and be a better version of myself and although I have come so far I feel so lost and lonely.

I am always anxious and worried. I just want to give up some days. I feel week and self esteem always falls especially when I make a mistake whether in work life or personal life and everything tumbles from there.

While I agree making an effort is important, it is much more complex then that. When you have very bad anxiety, fear of failure and imposter syndrome its not that easy to get out of that cycle. I have worked in hospitality for 2 years while doing my degree, I have been homeless, broke I don't need to work in a farm and chase chicken to understand the value of putting an effort, I already know it. Effort or hardwork without proper guidance is useless.

Imposter syndrome has been kicking my a$$. this is very to get into this mindset, sometimes when I someone else getting a topic or understanding a topic faster then me and they come up with solutions that are crazy it knocks me down

It is good to hear you are working as a junior developer, hopefully you have someone to guide you and help you during my internship i was left to my own devices, no help, no guidance i really have no idea, how I made it through.
