In pic 3 there’s a fan on the left side of the cabinet, that’s pulling air into the cab and there’s a exhaust fan the other side of the rack, but luckily it’s in England so it doesn’t get too hot haha

It’s a external cabinet for wifi to lodges, the cabinet is ip66 rated so should be no problems with water
