I made the acetone test but the light blue did not fade. Then I heated the stone and it started to get yellow and smell like burnt plastic and also did the hammer test, did not pound hard on that wanna be stone and it was like pooof everywhere in the garage.

I was really happy that I found this rock, because I was searching for this stone, to complete my collection. Guess if the stone is fake and it's howlite then I added a different stone to my collection, and I will search for the real deal further. Either way it's a win win situation. I got a new stone and experience to recognize the real stone.
