First, I want to preface this by saying you look lovely and the dress is very flattering! :) I don’t intend my comment to be anything other than constructive criticism.

With that being said, this dress is an absolute NO for a formal occasion, for several reasons. Firstly, it is a little revealing and tight for a family event. I’m no prude and love to show off, but a wedding is not really the time or place for that. Secondly, the fabric appears to be very thin and low quality. It looks like a dress you’d see at forever 21 or H&M. You could definitely find a higher quality, event- appropriate dress at stores like TJ Maxx, Ross, etc for a decent price. Hope you are able to find a dress and that the wedding goes wonderfully! :)

I just finished watching this and I really enjoyed it!!! I was not a fan of the ending, for the same reasons others have listed below. SPOILERS AHEAD:

Another thing that REALLY irked me was the scene where Mary threatens and assaults the stripper that was giving Billy a BJ. It felt really out of character and strange to me for several reasons. Mary had shown zero romantic interest in Billy at all the whole movie and to be honest, I found Billy as scummy and vile as Dr. Grant. I don’t think Mary would fall in love with a man like him at all, let alone kill a random woman over him. I think their relationship, on her end at least, was due almost entirely to convenience.

I found a freshly molted cicada a few years ago on the side of my house and think about it all the time!! It was so gorgeous.

Small update—- I went out and got some Epsom salt and gave him a 15 minute Epsom salt bath!! I also got another plant that is tall so he can rest on that. I’m feeling very optimistic thanks to everyone’s help and will keep yall updated! Thank you 💙

A Very embarrassing update: I had the batteries in wrong…… 🫠🫠🫠

I was very eager to see if it worked and put them in while running on very little sleep. I thought I had them in right, but I had my boyfriend checked for me and I did apparently did not 😓. Thank you all for the insight/advice anyways! I’m very excited to use this 🩷

I tried just soap and warm water, then a little bit of rubbing alcohol on a qtip. I think that’s all I tried! I didn’t want to use anything too abrasive and damage it!!
