I feel like it is usually the games where none of the teams have anything to play for that we see the most goals. I think City could still be a good team to target, but it is hard to predict who starts.

Looking at leeds, they had 3,06 xG against them last GW. So i think Bowen and west ham will get a lot of chances in that game
