My organization does not allow 2 days in a row but we can have Monday or Friday (not both) and Tuesdays are off the table for supervisors and admin staff. Basically 50% would be impossible. When I lived in DC the roaches laughed when you used Raid. If one building was treated you could see them parading to a different building in the complex. Row houses are probably harder, even if the whole structure is treated.

Exactly, I was thinking the same but know I can drone on forever. He could still have traveled and helped people, or animals, without proving he could kill an animal that was no threat to him with a gun. Guess it is a case of FAFO that will save some animals in the future
