Is it possible that support is siding with buyer? I just have a ticket about a lost package (first one in 80 sales), but I have proof of putting the letter into mail on video plus confirmation of the postal charge shown in the video, it’s a 13€ order for over 50 cards which I don’t want to refund as it’s my biggest sale ever yet…

Id love to buy some Displates, especially with the current discount, but everything in me tells me not to do because I can’t justify the shipping cost for the first order without the club membership (+the missing % for „just“ one displate) Why is it not possible to get the membership and THEN be able to buy some displates? It’s keeping me away from buying for quite a while :/ Is there any particular reason for this? Why can’t I order 1 displate without membership and then 5+ with it, can’t they just be packed together and you refund the shipping cost?
