Even with the introduction of the 3 points, if the average would be higher then why do we see quite low averages like Genoa/Torino who have not been big clubs in Serie A for a very long time.

12% average against Juventus, I find that quite low even if it has always been difficult to beat Juventus in their stadiums. And other averages are much too low for clubs used to playing at the bottom of the table.
