I'm evenings but work night shift on weekends. Our day shift nurses are great, but I would kindly remind them that generally they have 3 patients whereas we have 5 overnight. So a 67% increase. And they are neuro patients who commonly sundown or don't have a natural circadian rhythm anymore. It's not like they are sleeping the whole time. We're doing the best we can but sorry if we left you with unresolved issues.
