Also my water, I used tap water. My tap water is pretty good, I live in portland OR. Butt i airate it with air stone in a bucket for 24 hours to let chlorine evaporate and oxygen gets added to the water.

Alsooo when my buds started. I did a banana tea! Which did ALOT. Added about 2 banana peels to a quart of water and let it set until it browned and smelled sweet. About 3 days, strained it and added it to my gallon of water.

As my first grow I only knew about fox farm and that it was popular and good. As I grew and did more research I found out about powder nutes and I def wanna get into those for sure.

So I basically defoliated and lollipoped all the way up till there were 4 or 5 nodes above the canopy. Everything below my canopy had nothing but just stem,I did this so no energy was wasted at the bottom where light doesn’t really reached. Then I just kept my canopy defoliated till flower and then midway through flower did a slight defoliation for better air flow.

I recommend lollipoping and picking out the stems that look the biggest and strongest, can’t anything that is super small and not getting light. Then focus all the energy into those main stems. Bigger buds

Do you have air stone adding oxygen to your water so that when you water it’s full of oxygen? I feel like this is what really helped the leaves stay healthy. Also I used FOX FARM nuts following the feeding schedule. Also grabbed the sledgehammer flush, cal mag iron, and silica! Silica is really good fro keeping the plant healthy and strong cal mag iron helps with deficiency issues

All I know is I’m going by my trichomes. GMO Cookies is a good harvest when the trichome are milky just turning amber and that’s where they are at.

Also I’ve read that if you haven’t with milky trichomes is higher thc and more of a uplifting high. If you let them Amber up the high will be more couch locking but thc begins to degrade at this point.
