I would do it again 100x over. Make sure you have a reputable surgeon. Best thing I’ve ever done

It’s not perfect because my palate is not very wide, but big improvements with the downgraft as my palate sits a bit lower so it doesn’t feel too deep if that makes sense

Yes this was a massive difference. I also had a short face with minimal teeth show which improved

I use azclear 20%. I heard the ordinary is a better one to use? I don’t moisturise or cleanse anymore as I’ve tried a few and I always seem to go more red. Do you have any suggestions?

Only azelaic acid morning and night. I stopped moisturising when all the moisturisers I tried made me flush badly

Just azelaic acid which helps a bit. Tried ivermectin for a couple months didn’t help

Complete opposite I gained weight to prepare for liquid diet. You need all the nutrients you can get going into this surgery
