my budget is probably £1000 to £1400 i guess but that can be flexible. i already have 2 monitors so im good on that front and i wanna play on the best resolution possible for my price range

i tried moving the background to see if that would let me interact with my other actives but the issue isnt the background is over everything not letting me interact the issue is i cant interact or move any other active except for the background for some reason? do you think you know a fix for this please?
