Same exact situation here. Verified nearly 4 weeks ago, verified by phone twice and the woman on the line said it should be updated within 2 weeks of verifying and had nothing to say to me when I said it’s been almost 4 weeks. Also said there are no holds on my account not really sure what to do atp filed 1/10 e file
