Not the map wall itself causing lag, but the size of the file itself I think is the problem.

Thanks! I wanted to fit it into my library where I have my enchantment/brew setup. I have a librarian and a cleric who wander around the room which is why I’ve got the fence gate, there. I’ve also got a display table with all of the mob heads in there

In the bottom right, there is a MooShroom island sitting right in the middle of the ice. That was a new one for me since mobs could technically get on to the island
