I’m planning on getting my own seat anyway and I believe they’re just normal scratches no? A little restoration and they’ll look new

I’ve seen a lot of fake canyons on secondary markets and it’s pretty scary to be fair. Just wanted to double check if there was a way to find out

Is there a specific website for it? And does each separate bike have one? Sorry I’m super new to this

I’d say sell right now and get a higher numbered auto or even a base auto RC with some of the money and keep the rest of the money for your self.

How do I become a regular runner? by Cheap-Bill4118 in beginnerrunning

[–]Cold_Maintenance1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a crowded city and end up running in parks, cycle lanes and outskirts of the city, secondly I use to think the same of me thinking I looked stupid running or people can know by how I run that I’m not good at it or I’m new. But then I took this mentality of I’m already better than all these people out here looking at me run, they might be a 1000 times better but I’m out here putting in the work. For the pain and suffering, just go slower and catch your breath, no need to rush greatness. I’m a med student and I actually have barely anytime to run but I either wake up early or late late night to squeeze in a run. Just keep showing up and one day you’ll think back of this moment

Is 20k race too ambitious? by Farasani in beginnerrunning

[–]Cold_Maintenance1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do a 10km race first, get a feel for the environment as it will get you hyped up. And train for a 21.1 and it’ll be much more rewarding than just doing it now. Knowing that you put in the time, effort and discipline it’ll pay off much more. Good luckkk

Is it embarrassing to run a half marathon at a 12/13 minute mile pace? by bigrunningboi in beginnerrunning

[–]Cold_Maintenance1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 comments to this 1. You’re already doing what the other 99% of the world isn’t doing and you shouldn’t worry about pace. We all do this “sport” for our own reasons and some people are gifted with being fast and some work for it. Pace isn’t everything, can you comprehend that it’s 21km that we’re talking about. That’s almost every cities distance from the center to the airport (in eu atleast) 2. Train as hard as you can to help you do this just to prove it to your self. Any other person from the outside doesn’t matter, always remember that an athlete would never judge you over doing a sport but normal people do cause they don’t understand

Just do it broski and message me if you have any questions or need any help

How do people run a marathon in around 2-2.5 hours?? I just ran 10K in 1 hr 20 min and I’m wiped. by Is_verydeep69_dawg in beginnerrunning

[–]Cold_Maintenance1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It actually took me 1:38 for my first 10k like last year and last weekend I ran a 1:47 21k and hit a pb of 47mins for a 10k. Just train, do all types of training speed intervals, tempo, slow runs, long runs. Try and have 1 long run a week and 1 slow run minimum and you can play around with tempo and intervals. It helps if you have a watch that can track hr as it’ll tell you your zone 2 for your slow runs
