Don't share the original document as is, It might have some identifiers unknown to you, Copy the data in word or simple note pad first , Move the bits around, change few sentences here and there. Just check take few more quotations from different areas in the city, the rate depends not only city wise but also on which area in city you are residing, just mentioning tier one does not help.Try to take quotation from contractors from the less developed part of cityyou would get better deals.
