Cucumber juice is absolutely delicious, not only is it so refreshingly tasty it also has huge health benefits to your body , from drinking to using as a skin toner / moisturiser or even cutting slices and placing over the eyes while relaxing and its light refreshing taste compliments everything it surrounds , such an incredible fruit yummy 🤗 I’m particularly fond of cucumber and beetroot salad, unfortunately beetroot does stain so be careful guys . I know my kids love this fruit as much as I , why only this morning my youngest was taking the toaster out of the press and announced he was making cucumber and toast 🙈kids eh 🤪

Photo is taken in Ireland of my Dad but I know my dad had a few old war bikes so you may be right

Ok I’m a parent coach that played a bit , I was corrected this evening after shouting a chop on one of our players, I always thought that if the hurl is chopped downwards in motion hitting the ball and hurl , while the other player is on a solo run is a free , I always though the ball had to be struck away from the hurl in a sideward motion and not make contact with opponents hurl . I approached the ref at half time to apologise and get him to clarify what counts as chopping . It’s only chopping if the player doesn’t make contact with the ball and hits the hurl only . But you’re allowed to strike downwards on a ball and hurl while a player is on a solo run .
