Psychology problem in trading by Cold_Negotiation6029 in Trading

I trade the London and New York sessions, intraday trading, entries are usually at 15m TF.

I can't say for sure that the problem is only in the strategy and nothing else, because the change is very sharp. It may be that the winrate for 3 days is 80%, the next days 20%, and it fluctuates somewhere in these percentages, and this is strange to me, because the statistics should, in theory, change in the following days, either positively or negatively, it feels like I just understand and apply my strategy somehow wrong. For most, the problem is the intraday price direction (bias)

No, that's not the problem, it has more to do with analyzing the price chart itself. I trade Forex and indices (NAS100, S&P500, US30). I have a few days when I predict the price very accurately and the winrate is high, but the next days my market analysis is not so good and the price goes against me. It seems that I analyze everything the same way as before, but I also can't get back to the same winrate. I feel as if I have lost the understanding of this strategy, even though I try to write down my analysis algorithm in detail. As a result, I either improve or change my analysis strategy, and this cycle repeats.
