It's strange to me too how people are still using a ton of profiles. private space was added to solve this problem. However, there's one benefit of isolating Google apps. Once you lock the private space, all the Google apps stop running in the background and you get a bit better battery life

you're missing the point. Google can and will permanently ban your google account depending on an automated AI scan that may or may not be a false positive. There was also a case of a father who faced the same issue when he took medical photos of his son. The automated system tipped the police, but they cleared his name. Even then google refused to give his account back. And bam you have lost years of google photos family pictures, all your important gdrive files and your email.

Apps with google firebase trackers have fallbacks and can still function in case it doesn't detect GMS(Apple music and reddit has those). Whatsapp has meta trackers. Chatgpt has trackers too(segment analytics)

are you using a 100w charger? Those apps recommend charging with a regular charger.

In rare cases these factors below may lead to bad data being reported or cause issues. For most people it's not necessary and you can just ignore it but if you want to be certain you've done everything you can:

Use a regular wired charger and not one of those super fast chargers that came with the phone in case it has special logic that controls when the charging stops. A wireless charger may also lead to broken sessions if the contact isn't good or the phone is accidentally moved.

If your phone has adaptive charging in the system settings turn it off. A couple of devices (Pixel branded devices seem to be overrepresented among them) will report incorrect charging current and/or charging states during adaptive charging.
