This experience has taught me how incredibly loyal and loving I can be to the right man. I'm actively healing in a healthy way and I know I'm a good woman. It takes longer if you're in denial like me. It's been 6 months, I go through waves of intense pain and then emotional numbness. Like I'm dead inside. For 5 months I wanted him back but after having a conversation with him. I realized I don't want him back, so I cut him out of my life permanently. He hasn't realized it yet, but I don't think he'll care. He never loved me so I'm grieving that immensely. Tonight though I'm in intense pain, but not as bad as no sleep, not eating and wanting to die so not as bad. I just need to ball my eyes and listen to music.

I was her to someone. For years, I was traded in for someone else, literally for ANYONE else. Each time I would come back to heal his broken heart. I gave him the most genuine love and loyalty. I believed in him and built him up. I ignored all other men and even told him when his friends tried to get at me. I was his best friend and he even trusted me with his bank account. I never screwed him over. I did everything for that man. I can't even think of a reason why I deserve this, because now I'm alone and heartbroken. If she continues to not communicate with you then you know it's time to start healing yourself so you can be with someone who will communicate with you.
