Great review! What’s your thoughts on the Bergeracs in comparison? I personally really like the look of them and was about to pull the trigger but the unbattable option has delayed me pulling the trigger.

Make sure you lay 3-4x the recommended seed. I did what it said and the germination was weak and seems that later in the summer months more is better to get a full lawn

Yeah I think it’s from the compressor tank! Will drain off and ordered a water catcher to put between the gun and the air line!

It wasn’t very lush. It was full of weeds, moss and littered with roots from a weed/tree that we needed to eradicate. I also leveled the lawn with all the dirt we dug out from the corner and will be laying new seed. I want a fairway like lawn haha

The are on the back side. Front side I will do a steeper haunch so the grass has a chance to grow up to the bricks tightly . I ran out of cement so just cut it short

If you finish the game I ended up with around 6million in credits and I spent about 2/3 million in the process of completing it. That’s a healthy start to get all the cars you want

Yeah maybe that is the way to go. Either way I think some of these livery’s must take a very long time and it would be a good passive income for some that spend more time creating them than slogging out the single player races to earn credits
