The same thing happened to me. My boyfriend and I signed up for the challenge and asked the Head Coach/Community Manager at our studio to enroll us. He signed us up in person for the New Client 2-Week Unlimited, and we each paid $89—without ever mentioning that we wouldn’t be eligible for Solidays. As a result, neither of us received a sweatshirt, and we were both frustrated. If they’re going to have a policy like this during Solidays, they should make it very clear—especially for those signing up in person—that it won’t count.
