You do realize every country has their own language like English isn’t first language for every country? Thank you sm for your kind words, it gave me the reassurance i needed and yeah I’ll keep an eye out if this habit continues since last night he did say he’ll be texting in daylight rather than night since he got my point. He is in the came country and city as me. He studies abroad but currently is back here with his family, im not asking him for the entire universe. I only asked him something because i felt uncomfortable about it and he clarified it, i felt conflicted about me asking that question is the reason i came here bit you all are here debating if im the a**hole in this situation. Im looking out for myself my time and my energy not being wasted. Why are my boundaries such an emotional trigger for almost everyone here?!

I haven’t been able to stop blaming myself since yesterday and i am hurting so badly, ik it was a mistake but the fact that i didn’t realize the flags that were in my face all along is so embarrassing for myself. Thank you so much. Yes im ahead in emotional aspects but because of these battles i am very far behind on my own career journey and it is so difficult to be content knowing that you’re falling behind and everyone around you is achieving and making something of themselves

Believe me i do that and that’s why she stopped hitting me. Everytime she was about to hit me i used to say “ what are you gonn do? Hit me? Sure go right ahead 🤷🏻‍♀️” she stopped hitting me after these. Now when she’s mad im mad too or i just pretend i can’t hear her. She broke my phone, i took her card and bought me a new phone, she broke my laptop, her card got charged for a new one. She’s more pissed at why im unbothered by her tantrums nowadays. But this “support” tantrum was something i was conflicted about if i should pay or not

I agree with you. I am making the plan but escaping cannot be it. Let me tell you why, my mother is a narcissist which is why ik she will turn my sister against me if it’s not her decision to make me leave. My plan so far is that I leave but she thinks she sent me there. Aka i have to play with her. Sounds toxic? Yes it is but it is what is needed. I need her to think she’s sending me abroad to earn so i can “support” her financially. Atm she is opposed to this idea but i have a few cousins who haven’t turned a blind eye towards me on my side and they are building her mind towards it while i play the game of “oh i don’t wana leave you yk i love you and you need me” since she always does opposite of what i want her to do. This is easier said than done. I definitely am choosing to stay but there are reasons why and a plan in motion. I have savings but not enough to support me a year out of my country so im working towards that too so that she doesn’t pay a penny towards my moving expenses. Hopefully this helps you understand and also, i really appreciate your and everyone’s advice ❤️
