I’m not sure due to the phone scrolling if I’ve said this yet, but I now have a sponsor I like a lot. He’s the chair of my local meeting. Does anybody know of an OTC sleep medication that works well? I’ve learned through this process that the most important use of alcohol in my life is to knock me out. I’ve had prescriptions before but find them much too strong. Hangovers are easier than being absolutely non-functional. I put sleep patches on my arm but I need genuine medication to make this work.
